It has proved to be a good change, and I am in harmony with the owners. It makes it so much easier to do my best for them. I am finding out that I cannot work any other way.

I have learned this too and it feels so much part of my learning as a business woman. I was going to hire a VA and asked for her resume and references. She said that she does not “give out her resumes,” but would be happy to give me references. I was willing to go with that, but today woke up to a letter from her saying she was not feeling “healthy enough” to take a new client and no references. It was hard to ask for it, but I am learning that it is really important to find these things out up front, as it has biten me in the butt in the past.

Generally, I am drawn to vibrant, mixed media art,
but this drawing takes my breath away! It is absolutely beautiful, and the horse is both mysterious and real at the same time. Amazing in the true sense of the word.
